Desert rose Adenium obesum 'Bicolour'

DESCRIPTION: Tropical succulent shrub with a large bulbous base called a caudex, used to store water. Flowers are white with pink margins, blooming late spring through summer.
USES: Plant in containers and place in a sunny location for maximum flowering. Ideal as a flowering feature in cacti and succulent gardens.
PLANTING: Use cacti mix or very free draining soil with some sand and small stones added to ensure proper drainage.
CARE: Water when the soil becomes dry, and a little more frequently during hotter months, over watering can cause wet feet. Leaves drop during winter when the plant is dormant, this is perfectly normal! Your plant will be bursting with life again in no time. Feed fortnightly using liquid fertiliser for best results.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 0.5 - 1 m H x 60 cm W. May grow up to 2 metres with plenty of patience!
YOUR PLANTS: These are tube-stock plants, young healthy plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. NOTE: These plants come in 'plugs' with the roots enclosed in netting instead of a pot. These can be potted up into bigger pots or into the ground as they are; or you can carefully snip away the net where possible, which can help the roots establish faster.
