Description

Allamanda cathartica compacta 'Sunee'

APPEARANCE : Tropical evergreen shrub, low and spreading in habit, featuring large golden-yellow flowers and glossy foliage. Grow in warm climates for maximum flowering period.
USE FOR : In tropical gardens as a feature plant or tall mass planting and groundcover. Beautiful container plant when used to create a screen on patio settings. May be grown indoors in cooler climates with plenty of natural light.
PLANTING : Plant in well drained soil in a full sun to partly shaded position in the garden. Prefers warm climates. Avoid frost and prolonged dry periods.
CARE : Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Prune after flowering to promote dense growth habit and flowering, fertilise using a slow release fertiliser in spring.
