A neat little bottlebrush with brilliant red flowers and evergreen foliage, slightly bigger than Little John. Suited to most soil types making it an ideal bordering plant or low hedge for almost anywhere. Try it as a mixed hedge planted with Little John, Little Silver, and Green John for year round colour.

DESCRIPTION: A compact growing callistemon, hybrid of Wildfire and Little John. Birds are attracted to the brilliant red brush flowers spring through summer. Longer deeper green leaves than Little John, and a slightly taller shrub
USE IN: Ideal for creating a low hedge, for rockeries and large tubs.
LOCATION: Very hardy and forgiving in all types of soil. Prefers full sun but will tolerate dappled shade.
CARE: Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Prune tips while young to encourage dense growth and fertilise with a slow release native fertiliser in spring.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: Up to 0.9m H x 0.75m W.
