Description

Duranta 'Squatters Gold'

APPEARANCE : Dense form of the standard, taller growing Sheena's Gold, better in humid locations. Squatter's Gold is compact and easy care growing 1-2 metres.
USE FOR : Plant with vibrant bordering plants, or taller screening trees such as murraya to create a beautiful layered effect.
CLIMATE : Tolerates dry periods and humidity
PLANTING : Full sun or semi-shade. For dense bushy growth plant in full sun in free draining soil.
strong>CARE: Trim regularly, around every three months to keep a tidy habit. Mulch and water regularly during the first 12 weeks or until the plant establishes. Fertilise autumn and spring using a slow release fertiliser such as Osmocote for shrubs. This waterwise hedging plant needs little water once established.
HEIGHT AND WIDTH: 1-2m H x 1-2m W.
