Punica granatum Nana-Dwarf Pomegranate

DESCRIPTION: These are one of the most hardy and drought tolerant fruit trees. Originating from Persia they’re accustomed to dry conditions, making them perfect for our Australian climate (known to thrive in the Dandenong Range area Victoria).
USES: Ornamental plant, use for hedging, feature planting, in containers on a well lit patio or even as a bonsai!
LOCATION: Prefers a full sun position for maximum flowering though will tolerate part part shade. Plant in free draining soil rich in organic matter. Drought tolerant once established.
CARE: Mulch and water well until established. For the best fruit yield, provide water during dry spells. Prune late winter to encourage dense flowering and heavier fruiting the following season.
HEIGHT & WIDTH:  1-2m H x 1.5m W.
PLEASE NOTE: These are tube-stock plants, with the benefit of being a young plant they will establish quickly in your garden. The average size of your plants will be 15 -25 cm in height including the pot height of 80 mm x 42 mm wide.
