Lovely small native tea tree with double flowers in plum, pink and white. Very hardy and adaptable once established, tolerates drought and frost. Charming addition to any native garden, and super-pretty.

Leptospermum scoparium 'Ballerina'

APPEARANCE : Small open evergreen native tea tree shrub, with dark slender leaves and small double flowers varying in colour from deep plum-pink through to white.
USES:  Hedging, native and wildlife gardens. From the same species as Manuka tea tree highly prized by beekeepers.
PLANTING : Plant in sun or full shade in free-draining soil. Pioneer plant good for land regeneration projects. Frost tolerant once established.
CARE: Mulch and water regularly during the first 4-6 weeks or until the plant is established. Prune to encourage bushiness and flowering.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 1-2m H x 1-2m W.
