Classic fragrant Mediterranean herb, rosemary is well suited to seaside plantings and dry areas. Tuscan Blue is bold, tall, very upright in habit (you can see this in the images from our nursery); with clear blue-lilac flowers through the warmer months.

Makes an aromatic hedge. Spike your homemade breads and roasts, barbecued meats and vegies with the blue-green leaves.

Rosmarinus officinalis 'Tuscan Blue'

APPEARANCE : Small woody shrub with tiny grey-green leaves and an aromatic fragrance when crushed. 'Tuscan Blue' is taller than most rosemarys, very upright, with pale blue flowers throughout the warmer months of the year.
ORIGIN : Mediterranean region
USE FOR : Excellent for hedging with its upright habit. Rockeries and seaside plantings, cottage gardens, kitchen gardens and herb gardens. Suitable for pots.
CLIMATE : Stands up to coastal spray and wind, drought tolerant. Well suited to cool dry climates, less happy in high humidity.
PLANTING : Full sun to part shade in well drained sandy soil for best results. Avoid over-rich or over-moist soils to keep your plant healthier for longer. 
CARE : Mulch and water well, prune after flowering and to maintain compact growth.
MATURE HEIGHT: 1.5 H x 1.5 W.
