Customer Service

  • Shipping & Delivery

    We mail you your plants via Australia Post within Australia. We pack and ship every weekday. Shipping to PO Boxes is available.

    Please allow 5-7 days for delivery on average. In peak gardening times or public holiday times your order might take up to 10 days (eg early spring, Easter, Christmas).

    If any item you have ordered is unavailable our staff will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

    We use Australia Post Standard Parcel delivery rates, based on the weight / number of plants you order. Our boxes are designed to fit 16 plants, so if you want to maximise your order value, order in multiples of 16 plants.


    The minimum shipping charge is $15.40 for postage and packing. P&P will vary depending on the size of your order. Orders over $165 are P&P free!

    We recommend opening an account - this means your order will be saved for 7 days, for you to amend and add to. We can't add to or change your order once you checkout and pay. If you cancel your order there is a $15 charge to cover admin time. The balance will be refunded to you within ten working days. If you want your order held until a specific date there is a $15 fee to cover staff maintenance of your plants.

  • We can't (usually) send plants directly to TAS, NT and WA due to state biosecurity Quarantine Inspections.
    We are able to arrange shipping to these states if you are happy to cover the cost of quarantine. If you are interested in ordering plants in any of these states and can pay the biosecurity fees please make an enquiry via our contact form here. We'll endeavour to find the most cost effective solution for you.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We guarantee the quality of our tube stock - we make sure every plant leaves us in ideal condition.
    We will replace or refund any plants that do not arrive in good condition. You need to let us know by email / phone as soon as possible, and within 7 days of purchase, and supply photo evidence to us, via email.
