Achillea - yarrow - is easy to grow, giving your garden a bright mix of flowers and giving neighbourhood pollinators a good feed.

The plants love a sunny spot, and make great cut flowers for the home too. This one is a mix of colours so we don't know for sure what you'll get.

Description

Achillea Mix - yarrow

APPEARANCE : Herbaceous perennial with flat flowerheads of dozens of tiny florets in a range of colours, sometimes bicolour within the same plant. Foliage is fine and ferny.
USE IN : Cottage gardens, mixed beds, patio pots, to attract pollinators.
CLIMATE : Cold-hardy. In sunny spots it will need more water; can tolerate dry soil in a shaded location.

PLANTING : Plant with the roots downwards, cover with a good layer of mulch to help regulate soil temperature. Astilbes love a moist spot with rich soil.
CARE: Once planted, water the soil. Water and feed weekly until established; if the soil becomes dry, give a good deep water.
