DESCRIPTION: A compact deep blue summer-flowering agapanthus. USES: Versatile for containers and borders due to its neat size and long flowering season. Agapanthus are surprisingly hardy and worth a go in most protected areas; if hard frost is forescast mulch over the plant crowns. Prefer full sun to part shade. Plant in a well drained soil, mulch and fertilise when planting but not too rich in organic matter and go easy with the fertiliser. Tolerates dry periods once established.
