Alternanthera Red Threads
With much slimmer leaves than other alternantheras, Red Threads makes a handsome companion planted with Little Ruby or Purple Splash for textural contrast. Planted on its own, it's a striking deep-coloured maroon groundcover or low hedge edging, especially when sited where the light can glow through its leaves.
