This ripper native is made for easygoing Aussie gardens. It hugs the ground and spills over walls or garden edges with lush green foliage, then bursts into golden-yellow blooms through autumn to winter.
Birds and bees can’t get enough of it. Tough as nails, drought-hardy and low-fuss - just plant it in a sunny spot and let it do its thing.
Banksia integrifolia prostrata 'Roller Coaster'
APPEARANCE : This Aussie native sprawls across the ground like a natural high pile green carpet, dotted with bright cylindrical golden-yellow flowers and leaves that shimmer silvery-white underneath.PLANTING: Plant in well-drained light soil in a sunny position for best flowering season. Is able to tolerate light frost and salt spray.
CARE: Prune as required after flowering to maintain dense growth. HEIGHT & WIDTH: 30-50cm H x 1-2m W. Plants are frequently smaller in cool climates and exposed sites.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
