Callistemon Red Cluster
A ripper variety of bottlebrush if you want a privacy hedge, a multi-trunk large shrub, or a single-trunk feature tree. Long flowering seasons mean lots of wildlife activity as they enjoy the nectar. It's reportedly salt-tolerant, which is good for coastal gardens, and deer-resistant, so it might stand up to roo-munching too! Try it out in your own back yard and see.
