Description

Callistemon 'Red Cluster'

APPEARANCE: Large bright red flowers in spring through to autumn on a large shrub or tree to 3m. New leaves are a silver-pink in colour
USES:In native gardens to attract birds and other wildlife. Ideal as a privacy hedge, feature shrub/tree, and in massed plantings.
PLANTING: Very hardy and forgiving in most types of soil including coastal sites. Prefers full sun but will tolerate dappled shade.
CARE: Prune after flowering and feed with a native fertiliser. If you want a single stem tree, grow it with a cane support and trim off any lower stems to leave a single strong trunk.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 2-3m H x 2m W.
YOUR PLANTS: These plants are tube-stock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide
