Campanula Genti White - bellflower
This pure white bellflower helpfully holds its flowers upright, instead of hanging down - all the better for you to enjoy them. They open in dense clusters over a long spell in spring-summer, and look gorgeous in cottage gardens and mixed flower beds.
Bellflowers are great plants for kitchen gardens and wildlife gardens too, as beneficial pollinators love to feast on them - the open upright flowers help bees and butterflies to get at the pollen easier too.
Extend the flowering season by planting this in dappled shade where the plant can cool off and enjoy moister soils in warm spells.
