Citrus - Lemon Eureka
If you don't mind seeds in your fruit, if it means you can pick it year round, and grow it in a pot, go for Eureka. Thornless, crops more than once a year! One for warmer gardens - they don't like cold or wind - and needs occasional pruning to keep it neat and healthy.

Citrus limon 'Eureka' - lemon tree
APPEARNCE : Tall almost-thornless tree with an open habit. Deep green leaves, small scented white blossoms, large smooth-skinned tart yellow fruits.
USE FOR : Feature planting, orchards and kitchen gardens, privacy hedging.
PLANTING: Plant in full sun and well drained soil for maximum fruits.
CLIMATE : Needs a temperature over 5C.
CARE : Can get battered by wind in an exposed location, so needs occasional pruning to keep it healthy. Feed annually, and spray if pest damage occurs with a safe treatment like Eco-Oil.
MATURE HEIGHT & WIDTH: to 6 m x 3 m. Keep at desired height with regular pruning.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
