Crassula ovata 'Gollum' - jade plant, money tree
APPEARANCE : Succulent from southern Africa with clusters of slender finger-like bright green stems, flaring into round tips which can be red-tinted. After several years, plants produce a trunk like a miniature tree. Mature happy plants may produce small starry pale pink-white flowers in winter. This is a slender-leaved form of the popular jade plant or money tree.
USE IN : Great for rockeries, terrariums, pots indoors and out, xeriscaping. Can be bonsaied.
PLANTING : Plant in free-draining light soil in sun for maximum colour and compact shape. Will grow taller in low light. Hardy and drought tolerant once established.
CARE : Water until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Once established, water when soil is dry. Keep it in a sunny position for at least part of the day.
HEIGHT & WIDTH : 0.8m H x 0.5m W.
YOUR PLANTS: These are larger than our usual tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot is 68 mm wide
