APPEARANCE : Rounded tropical shrub with slender, slightly rippled black, red, yellow and green foliage.
USE FOR : Feature shrub. Indoors in pots. Perfect for any dark areas of the garden that need a splash of colour.
PLANTING : A full sun to partly shaded position in the garden. Hardy shrub suited to most conditions and coastal plantings. Plant in a free draining soil rich in organic matter. A potting mix rich with peat moss or humus is ideal.
CARE : Mulch and water well, prune after flowering to promote new growth. Sometimes croton can drop leaves as a shock response to change; they will grow back!
HEIGHT & WIDTH : Up to 1 m H x 1 m W.
