Commonly known as clustered darwinia, this native shrub starts with delicate white flowers that mature to pink, attracting birds and bees as they bloom. Its fine conifer-like green leaves and bushy habit make it a standout on its own or in groups.

Low-maintenance and hardy, it’s perfect for verges, understorey spots, or as a natural windbreak – just plant in well-drained soil and let it shine.

ORIGIN : Native to NSW especially in the Sydney area
USE FOR : Perfect for planting in groups or on its own to brighten up gardens, verges, or understorey areas. Good bird attractor for nectar-feeders
PLANTING : Full sun to dappled shade in any well-drained soil, especially sandy and granite-based soils. Protect from frost. Water regularly.
CARE : Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Mulch in spring to keep roots cool, and feed with a slow release native fertiliser, in winter. Minimal tip pruning after flowering in late summer - early autumn to promote bushier growth habit. Usually pest- and disease-resistant.

YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
