Grevillea hilliana dwarf - grafted
APPEARANCE : A compact form with creamy white flower spikes up to 25 cm long, offering all the beauty of the regular 'hillier' variety in a smaller, garden-friendly size.
USE IN: Garden beds, borders, or large containers, adding lush greenery and a compact, attractive form to any space. Flowers lure in pollinators and birds
PLANTING : Plant in well drained soil in a full sun position in the garden. Prefers warm frost-free climates and coastal locations. Grows happily right along coastal QLD, also in northern NSW. Note : this is a grafted grevillea, unlike our other varieties. This means it will grow in a wider range of soil types. The tape securing the graft point is biodegradable and should dissolve by the time the graft is complete.
CARE: Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Prune after flowering to promote dense growth habit and flowering. Can be pruned to a shrub or hedge. Fertilise with a slow release native fertiliser in spring.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: to 2-2.5m H x 1.5m W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
You can see an example in the image gallery.
