Full-on plum purple colour that mixes it up with other dark leaf plants, gives a sophisticated feeling alongside silver foliage, or creates vibrant contrast when paired with gold and cream plants. Frost-hardy, even though it looks tropical.

Description

Heuchera Dolce® 'Wildberry' - coral bells

DESCRIPTION: Dense, mounding herbaceous perennial with intense purple large scalloped leaves with charcoal veins. Long slender stems topped with tiny pink bell-shaped flowers in mid-spring and summer.
USE IN: Garden beds and borders, cottage and informal gardens, underplanting.
LOCATION: Plant in part sun to dappled or part shade in moist but well-drained soil. Plant heucheras slightly proud of the soil, so the centre of the plant is raised above the soil level. Totally frost-hardy. Will need more watering in full sun or warmer gardens during summer to keep those leaves lush.
CARE: Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks, and again each spring. Cut back any dead or untidy foliage in spring to make room for new growth, and give it fresh mulch.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 25 - 35cm H x 40 - 50 cm W.
YOUR PLANTS: These are tube-stock plants, young healthy plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80 mm x 42 mm wide. May be supplied as 'plugs', slightly smaller than our usual tubestock but with a healthy root system ready for planting or potting on.
