DESCRIPTION: Attractive evergreen shrub featuring clusters of vivid mauve-pink pea flowers that contrast beautifully against its smooth blue-green foliage. Grows with an open habit. Flowers late winter and spring.USES: Plant as a feature, informal hedge or try training over retaining walls for a beautiful result. The flowers attract native birds too!
PLANTING: Plant in a full sun to lightly shaded location in soil which is free draining. Will tolerate most soil conditions. Add some well composted manure when planting and follow up yearly with a slow release native fertiliser.
CARE: Water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks.
