Macadamia dwarf - Macadamia
DESCRIPTION: Native nut-bearing tree with glossy rippled leaves, red when new; and long tails of white scented flowers, developing nut clusters which ripen in Autumn-Winter. Trees are 6-7 years old before they start bearing nuts.
USE IN: Shade tree, fruit tree, foliage plant.  Suitable for large pots.
LOCATION: Frost-free sunny location with fertile rich soil, good rainfall or irrigation.
CARE: Easy if the climate is right for it. Mulch and water well to retain moisture to the shallow roots.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 2-3 m H x 3 m W.
PLEASE NOTE: These are tube-stock plants, with the benefit of being a young plant they will establish quickly in your garden. The pot height is 80 mm x 42 mm wide.
