You can see where this dazzling tropical plant gets its common name! Those conical clusters of white and purple flowers hang from every stem like the crystal chandelier at Palazzo Versace Gold Coast. Rare and unusual, one for the plant connoisseur.
DESCRIPTION: Evergreen tropical plant with deep green slender pointed leaves and arching stems. Inverted cones of purple buds appear at the ends of these stems, opening to clusters of small white flowers.. Use a potting mix at a 50:50 ratio with orchid mix for really good drainage. CARE: Prune spent flowers to encourage dense growth habit and continued flowering. Prefers well drained soil, moderate watering and humidity. Use a hand held sprayer to moisten the leaves daily. HEIGHT & WIDTH: 75cm around. YOUR PLANTS: These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80 mm x 42 mm wide. You can see an example in the image gallery
