Fine-leaved bushy native shrub with purple-pink feathery flowers in summer-autumn. Good for screening and hedging, native gardens, wildlife gardens. Larger than the cultivar Cotton Candy, with slightly greyer foliage and cooler-toned purple flowers.

DESCRIPTION: Hardy compact native shrub with slender bushy branches of tiny grey-green foliage and clusters of purple-pink feathery flowers summer through to autumn, especially after rain.USE IN: Native gardens and coastal plantings as a low hedge or feature shrub.
LOCATION: Tolerates most soil types, wet or dry; and a range of planting conditions, even wet feet. Plant in full sun to encourage flowering. Tolerates light frost and moderate drought once established.
CARE: Mulch and water well, prune after flowering to encourage compact growth habit.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 1.5 m H x 1.5 m W. Variable in size according to location.
