Like dozens of tiny peapods, the chubby leaves of this cute little succulent peperomia fold together along the length. As with all peperomias, it needs certain conditions to thrive, but get these right and you'll have a lovely low-maintenance plant for terrariums, desks and windowsills.

APPEARANCE :Low-growing small clumping succulent with two-tone green leaves appearing folded along the length. Native to Peru. Leaves may turn peachy colour in colder weather - see image gallery
USE FOR : Rockeries, terrariums, pots indoors and out.
PLANTING : Plant in a bright spot with indirect sunlight or dappled shade. Prefers moisture-retaining soil or a good quality potting mix. Enjoys warm humid air and regular light watering with rainwater or filtered water for best results.
CARE: Go easy on the watering, less is better than more. Maintain a stable frost-free temperature. Resist the temptation to pot them into too big a container, they prefer to be slightly potbound.
