Little bluestem grasses are drought tolerant North American relatives of poa, with airy rounded silhouettes, fluffy summer flowerspikes, and copper-orange autumn colours fading to wheat-gold in winter.
Standing Ovation is upright, dense and slender, with a maroon-purple colouration, deeper towards the base of the grass. With effortless colour all year it transitions through the seasons, and needs little water to keep it looking good. That deserves a round of applause!
