Shipping & Delivery
We pack and ship every weekday, except the Friday before a Monday public holiday. We can ship to PO Boxes.
You will be sent a notification email when your order is shipped. No email? Your order hasn't shipped yet.
Please allow 7 days from shipping for delivery on average. In peak gardening times (spring) or public holiday times (eg early spring, Easter, Christmas) your order might take 10 working days or more. This is not in our control. Use the tracking number in your notification email to track your order's progress.
NT, TAS & WA Shipping : We ship to these states once a week, at a schedule that minimises the time the plants spend in transit. Please therefore allow 14 days from shipping notification for your parcel to arrive. Read more on current postal shipping schedules at the AusPost website
Shipping RatesPostage and packing starts at $15.95. P&P will vary depending on the size of your order. Orders over $260 are P&P free We use Australia Post Standard Parcel delivery rates, based on the weight and number of items you order. Our boxes are designed to fit 16 plants, so if you want to maximise your order value, order in multiples of 16 plants.
The Native Bouquet is shipped separately by Express Post and therefore incurs an individual shipping charge of $15.95 per address. Go to MY CART before you check out, and enter your postcode to get an estimate of the shipping costs for your order.
NT, TAS, WA Shipping : These orders incur a $10 surcharge as a contribution to the cost of biosecurity inspections.
Order ChangesWe recommend opening an account - this means your order will be saved for 7 days, for you to amend and add to. You can also add items to a wish list, then transfer them to your cart when you are ready to pay (if they are still in stock).
We can't add to or change your order once you checkout and pay.
If you cancel your order there is a $15 charge to cover admin time. The balance will be refunded to you within ten working days. If you want your order held until a specific date there is a $15 fee to cover staff maintenance of your plants. See our Frequently Asked Questions page for more info.
Returns & Replacements
We guarantee the quality of our tube stock - we make sure every plant leaves us in ideal condition. We hydrate and treat each plant before carefully packing it for the journey. We will replace or refund any plants that do not arrive in good condition.If you have a problem with your order, including as a result of delayed shipping: You need to let us know by email or phone as soon as possible, within 48 hours of delivery, and supply photo evidence of the issue to our customer service team, via email. Follow the steps in our Frequently Asked Questions page.We cannot issue replacements or sort out order problems via Facebook or Instagram.
