Nice natural shape that doesn't need clipping, but responds well if you want to prune. Selected form with compact and tightly growing gold-tinted foliage, and beautiful copper-bronze new growth through the year. Syzygium australe 'Hinterland Gold' - lilly pilly
APPEARANCE: Selected form that has dense foliage with bronze new growth and gold-tinted mature leaves. Fast growing for instant results. Edible fruit.
USES: Excellent for hedging, topiary, screening.
PLANTING: Tolerates most positions and conditions but would benefit with mulching and fertilising at the time of planting in a well drained soil. Ideal in full sun
CARE: Tough and will tolerate light frosts. Mulch and keep watered until established.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 3 - 5m H but will clip to preferred height x 1.5 - 2m W.
YOUR PLANTS: These are tube-stock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The average size of your plants will be 15 -25 cm in height including the pot height of 80 mm x 42 mm wide.
