Themeda 'Mingo™' - kangaroo grass
DESCRIPTION: Low growing compact native ground cover grass, tussock of long leaves in silver-blue. Tan tufts of seedheads on short stems in summer, ideal to attract feeding birds.
USES:Mass planting, underplanting of trees, landscaping, ground cover.
PLANTING: Plant in full sun or shade in the garden. Tolerates most soil types. Frost and drought tolerant once mature.
CARE: Minog is very robust and low maintenance requiring little attention once established. Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Remove old flowers and foliage and apply fertiliser twice yearly.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 20 cm H x 60 cm W
PLEASE NOTE: These plants are tubestock plants, with the benefit of being a young plant they will establish quickly in your garden. The average size of your plants will be 15 - 25 cm in height with a pot size of 42 mm wide and 80 mm high.
