Thymus serphyllum - creeping thyme

APPEARANCE : Very hardy, low-growing evergreen groundcover with a spreading habit. Small rounded foliage is aromatic, and covered in summer by small pale pink flowers that are bee-attracting.
USE FOR : Rock gardens, sunny beds and borders, herb gardens, sensory gardens, to attract pollinators.
PLANTING : Plant in a sunny location, in free draining neutral to alkaline soil.
CARE : Mulch and water regularly for the first 12 weeks until the plant establishes. Tolerates drought and frost once established. Clip it over after flowering to keep it fresh.
HEIGHT & WIDTH : 5-15cm H x 30 - 60cm W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are larger than our usual tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot is 42 mm wide.
