Charming white iris-like flowers with lilac centres, on tall stems. Larger plant than the similar-looking iridioides, with longer-lasting larger flowers.

APPEARANCE : Clumping grassy plant with tall straight flowering stems. Flowers are open, iris-like hence the name; large and white, and appear throughout the warmer months.
USE FOR : Companion planting, erosion control, weed suppression, low maintenance gardens, landscaping, borders and edging, waterway banks.
CLIMATE : Drought and frost hardy once established
PLANTING : Does well in most situations and tolerates temporarily wet soil.
CARE : Little maintenance is needed after initial care. Lift and divide larger congested plants to rejuvenate.
MATURE HEIGHT & WIDTH : 1.2 x 1.2 m
