Bulbs

Bulbs are available when it's the right time to plant them. Once they sell out, that's it until next year!
We get a lot of enquiries throughout the year from new gardeners wanting to buy bulbs. So if you are new to gardening :
  • Spring bulbs - like tulip, daffodil, freesia, jonquil, ranunculus, allium, crocus - take around six months to grow, so you plant them in Autumn/early Winter
  • Summer bulbs - like lily, calla, bearded iris, gladiolus, dahlia, peony - take around three months to grow, so you plant them in Spring/early Summer
  • Summer produce - you'll find fruit and vegetable crowns (bare rooted plants) ready for planting in Winter/Spring

We are unable to ship bulbs to TAS and WA, and fruit & veg to NT, because of state biosecurity laws.
