Gorgeously pretty and almost entirely unknown, kopsia deserves a place in your frost-free garden. The gently-scented dainty flowers open from pink buds, and lighten as they mature, to pure white with a contrasting red eye, creating a lovely multi-shade effect. The tree form is native to northern Australia, but this species from the Andaman Isles will stay neat, making it very versatile.

We love Kopsia for the pink-white flower shades, big glossy leaves, neat size
