So pretty, soft coral-pink single flowers with splashes of white at the edges of the petals, and deep pink freckles at the centre. Lovely low bright green evergreen hedge or pot plant to 1m high.

azalea x hybrida 'Dogwood'

APPEARANCE : Flowers late spring with masses of coral-pink open flowers with splashes of white along the rounded petal margins. Small-medium evergreen shrub.
USE FOR : Informal hedges, feature shrubs. Suitable for pots.
CLIMATE : Will tolerate light frost once established.
PLANTING : Azaleas love dappled, morning and/or afternoon sun. Full sun is ok but not too exposed, hot and dry.
Plant in a moist free draining soil rich in organic matter.
CARE : Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Continue to water on a regular basis for the first twelve months to ensure the plant becomes fully established. Azaleas do not like drying out. Prune after spring flowering to promote dense growth habit and flowering next season, fertilise using a slow release fertiliser such as Osmocote which is specially formulated for azaleas
