Sharing a parent with our super-popular Royal Mantle, this new addition to our grevillea range is certain to be very popular. Low and wide-spreading, with maroon-red new leaves and maroon-red winter-spring flowers, it's frost and drought tolerant and perfect for banks and slopes.

Grevillea laurifolia 'Amazing Grace' PBR
APPEARANCE : Groundcover carpeting grevillea with dark red brush flowers in winter and spring. Leaves are ferny and divided, unlike the parent laurifolia plant. New foliage is maroon-bronze in cooler months.
USE FOR : Erosion control, planting on slopes and banks, groundcover under larger shrubs and trees, underplanting in native gardens.
CLIMATE : Reasonably drought hardy and will come through frost once established.
PLANTING : Well drained clay loams or sandy soil with a neutral to acid pH. Prefers a full sun to part shade position.
CARE : Water during the first 8-12 weeks until the plant is established. Clip back to keep in check if required. Feed with a slow release native fertiliser when buds form - grevilleas can be phosphorus-sensitive so the P ratio of the fertiliser needs to be under 3%.
HEIGHT & WIDTH : 0.3 m x to 4m W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
You can see an example in the image gallery.
