CBG Plant Trials Winners

Chicago Botanic Garden carries out its own long-term trials on more than 800 plant families, plus All America Selection Triels for perennial plants, and American Rose trials. The goal is to test over time which plants are hardiest, pest and disease resistant, best for low-maintenance gardens, and thrive in the temperature extremes of midwest USA, which can range from -20C to 40C.
