Hardy spreading groundcover, very drought and frost tolerant, Yareena™ is suited to almost any soil type. Plant this compact native in a sunny location to enjoy displays of tiny white star-shaped flowers.

Myoporum parvifolium 'Yareena'™

DESCRIPTION: Ozbreed variety. Very drought and frost tolerant Australian native groundcover, a longer-lived form with vibrant fresh foliage. Its thick and woody stems help it to survive longer, these stems are covered by clean foliage and white flowers.
USES: Plant as a groundcover within under-plantings, rockeries and over embankments for weed & erosion control.
PLANTING: Plant in a full sun to partly shaded position in the garden. Successful in a wide variety of soils including sandy-clay soils, making it suitable for almost any location.
CARE: Apply mulch and regular water until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Prune as neeed to keep plants tidy or leave to ramble as a living carpet. Fertilise yearly using a slow release fertiliser.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 10cm H x up to 1m W.
YOUR PLANTS: These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The average size of your plants will be 15 -25 cm in height including the pot height of 80 mm x 42 mm wide.
