Othonna capensis, Crassothonna capensis 'Ruby Necklace' - little pickles

DESCRIPTION: South African succulent with long trailing maroon-red stems, green-purple elongated chubby leaves, yellow daisy flowers through the year. Leaf colour is stronger in bright light
USE IN: Great for rockeries, terrariums, pots indoors and out, xeriscaping. Hardy and drought tolerant once established though it appreciates extra water in hot sunny sites.
LOCATION: Plant in free-draining soil in sun for maximum colour.
CARE: Water until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Once established, water when soil is dry or leaves start to shrink. Keep it in a sunny position for at least part of the day. Caterpillars love the juicy leaves so keep an eye out.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 0.1m H x 0.5m W.
YOUR PLANTS: These are tubestock plants with a healthy young root system and will establish quickly in your garden. The pot height is 80 mm x 42 mm wide.
