Agapanthus inapertus x praecox 'Purple Cloud'

APPEARANCE: 'Purple Cloud' is a large variety of agapanthus with deep amethyst flowers.   Agapanthus are structured plants with large rounded clusters of blooms on tall flower spikes.
USE FOR : Formal and cottage style gardens; large containers
CLIMATE : Tolerates dry periods once established. Agapanthus are surprisingly hardy and worth a go in most protected areas
PLANTING : Prefer full sun to part shade. Plant in a well drained soil, mulch and fertilise when planting but not too rich in organic matter and go easy with the fertiliser.
CARE: Hardy and low maintenance. Deadhead spent flowers if you don't want plants to selfseed. If clumps become large, dig up, divide in two, and replant elsewhere.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 1.5m H x 1.5m W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
You can see an example in the image gallery.
