In winter, when everything else seems to be asleep, Morning Delight wakes up and fills your garden with flowers. Bred by the boffins at Kings Park Botanic Gardens Perth, this Aussie native is a ripper little shrub for native and mixed gardens alike. 

Most of our waxflowers are usually available for sale February onwards until they sell out.

Chamelaucium uncinatum 'Morning Delight' PBR - Geraldton Wax, waxflower

DESCRIPTION: Flowering native shrub with fine evergreen foliage and a rounded growth habit. Masses of milky-white flowers appear from winter onwards. Developed in conjunction with the breeding program at Kings Park Botanic Gardens Perth.
USE IN: Suited to native and cottage style gardens and large containers. Makes a beautiful cut flower.
LOCATION: Plant in free draining soil in a sunny to partly shaded position in the garden, best flowering is achieved in full sun. Suitable to exposed areas in most parts of Australia. Tolerates light frost and is drought resistant once established. Prefers low humidity climates.
CARE: Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Prune lightly after flowering to encourage new growth and dense flowering next season, avoid cutting into old wood. Fertilise yearly using a slow release native fertiliser.
HEIGHT & WIDTH:  Up to 2 m H x 1.5 m W.
YOUR PLANTS: These plants are tube-stock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The average size of your plants will be 15 -25 cm including the pot height of 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
