Tough tea tree perfect for seaside gardens and windy places. Give it a regular prune to enhance its natural cascading habit and it will reliably burst into blossom every spring.

Leptospermum polygalifolium, flavescens 'Pacific Beauty'
APPEARANCE: Compact form of evergreen native tea tree, the parent plants are found on north eastern frontline coasts in the wild. Pink buds open into masses of small white flowers in spring, covering the slender, cascading branches.USES: In native gardens. Ideal as a clipped hedge and in massed plantings.
POSITION: Very hardy and forgiving in all types of soil. Prefers full sun but will tolerate dappled shade. Frost tolerant once mature. Will tolerate salt spray and coastal wind.
CARE: Prune after flowering and feed with a native fertiliser.
HEIGHT AND WIDTH: 1 - 2m H x 1 - 2m W.
