Dianella 'Silver Streak' - variegated blue flax lily
APPEARANCE : Native flowering grass. Green and white contrasting stripes with a compact and neat growing habit; small cream flowers on slender stems.USE FOR : As a contrasting groundcover or edging plant, massed together for a splash of soft colour. Grows well in pots.
CLIMATE : Will come through a light frost once established. Surprisingly hardy and worth a go in most protected areas
PLANTING : Prefers part shade for better leaf colour. Plant in a well drained soil, mulch and fertilise when planting.
CARE : Remove dead foliage to neaten appearance if required. Likes plenty of water.
MATURE HEIGHT & WIDTH : 0.5 m H x 0.5 m W.
