Description

Hibiscus rosa-sinensis 'El Capitolo'

APPEARANCE : Striking apricot ruffled double flowers with extended centres, petals decorated with cerise centres. Foliage is evergreen.
USE FOR : Plant as a feature or flowering hedge, or pots on a sunny patio.
CLIMATE : Protect from frost. Enjoys humidity
PLANTING : Sunny sheltered position is ideal in the warmer parts of Australia. Shelter from strong winds and exposed sites. Plant in a free draining soil rich in organic matter and not over wet. A potting mix rich with peat moss or humus is ideal added at the time of planting
CARE : Mulch and water well, prune and fertilise after flowering in spring.
MATURE HEIGHT & WIDTH: Up to 2m H x 1.2m W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
