This gorgeously handsome teardrop conifer will put up with a lot - clay soil, freezing winters, humidity, street pollution...
The only thing it doesn't like is wet feet. So plant it somewhere with light free-draining soil - we plant ours on a slope in the nursery too - and enjoy the deep green calm of this lovely tree.

APPEARANCE : Chinese Juniper. Slender evergreen teardrop-silhouette conifer with distinctive foliage, bright green when new and deep green when mature.
USE FOR : Handsome feature tree planted or in large pots
CLIMATE : Frost hardy.
PLANTING : Plant in a full sun position in the garden position. Suited to most soil conditions and coastal plantings. Plant in a free draining soil rich in organic matter. Avoid wet feet. CARE : Mulch and water well, prune as required to encourage a dense growth habit. Fertilise yearly with a slow release fertiliser. HEIGHT & WIDTH: 4-6 m H x 2 m W.
