A green dinosaur, this native conifer goes back 300 million years to the Gondwana era. Small elegant cone-shaped pine trees with fine ferny bright green foliage, similar to native Callitris.

Grows in open gaps in tropical rainforest canopy, even at altitude; looks very fine as a feature plant in gardens. Also makes a lovely native alternative Christmas tree!
