Mesembryanthemum pink dwarf - pigface, ice plant
Rugged little groundcovers that can live off very little water, don't mind being battered by sea spray, and need almost no care except perhaps an annual tidy up. They flower exotically in bright tropical colours, like this pretty pink.
Mesembryanthemum ice plants tend to have slightly smaller flowers and more slender leaves than Carpobrotus ice plants, which means they can thread around larger plants with ease.
