Heaps of deep warm purple-pink flowers, much larger than our other cutleaf daisies, and bolder foliage, lift this native groundcover out of the ordinary.

Brachyscome are always popular for mass planting and container colour, and for attracting butterflies. We think this one would look lovely planted alongside cuphea Jocelyn's Pink, another butterfly magnet.

Brachyscome formosa 'Hot Candy' - Swan River daisy, cut leaf daisy

APPEARANCE : Deep warm purple-pink flowers almost all year round. Creates a dense weed-suppressing carpet with compact spreading growth habit. Leaves are broader than the lacy foliage of the multifida Brachyscomes, more like our popular seaside daisy
USE FOR : Mass plantings, cottage gardens, windowboxes, baskets & pots, rockeries and border planting.
LOCATION : Tolerates most soil types and planting conditions including seaside and alkaline soil. Plant in full sun to maximize flowering. Plant in a free draining soil rich in organic matter.
CARE: Mulch and water well during dry periods.
SIZE : 20 - 30cm H x 50 - 60cm W
