One of the Jewel of Desert range, Candystone has a prolonged flowering period from spring until the first frost with dainty, pretty, lilac-pink blooms. Great for outback gardens and rockeries as the succulent stems hold precious moisture.

Delosperma cooperi 'Candystone' PBR - ice plant
APPEARANCE: Low-growing trailing South African succulent that forms a carpet of spreading stems. Fleshy green leaves and small shiny daisy flowers cover the plant in full bloom; flowering from spring to winter. 'Candystone' flowers are bright lilac-pink.
USE FOR : Rockeries, pots, landscaping, groundcover, xeriscaping. Coastal and outback gardens, rooftop gardens, green living walls.
CLIMATE : Hardy and drought tolerant once established. Cold hardy to -20C, reportedly.
PLANTING : Does not like wet feet or moist rich soils. Plant in light free-draining soil in sun for maximum colour and compact shape.
CARE: Water lightly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Once established, water only when soil is dry. Keep it in a sunny position for at least part of the day.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 0.1m H x 0.4m W.
