DESCRIPTION: Herbaceous upright summer-flowering perennial; vivid navy blue tubular flowers until first frosts. Attracts bird life, butterflies and bees to your garden. USE IN: Cottage style gardens, mixed beds and borders, wildlife gardens, kitchen gardens. PLANTING: Plant in a full sun to partly shaded position in the garden, in rich soil. Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Water weekly in dry climates. Needs it frost free, or treat it as an annual bedding. CARE: Clip over after flowering, to encourage fresh growth and a perhaps a repeat flowering. Cut it hard back in early spring. Fertilise in spring using a slow release fertiliser, give an extra boost during the summer heat with eco-seaweed. May come through a light frost. HEIGHT & WIDTH: 0.5m H x 0.5m W. YOUR PLANTS: These are tube-stock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80 mm x 42 mm wide.
