Gorgeous twining evergreen creeper with vivid cherry-pink trumpet shaped blooms. Well behaved to 2m - will climb up trellises or along a balcony. Bees and butterflies love the flowers. Dipladenia red - mandevillaDESCRIPTION: Cherry pink flowers with a yellow throat grow on a twining vine. Foliage is glossy and new leaves have a copper tint.
USES: Privacy screen, arbour, wall climber. Leave to ramble over a trellis or sunny balcony for a brilliant flowering display.
PLANTING: Plant in well drained soil in a full sun to part shade position in the garden. Prefers warm climates.
CARE: Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Prune as required to maintain form and fertilise with a slow release fertiliser in spring. Provide plenty of water during the summer heat.
